Our Refund policy

“For various reasons, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns. In the event that your package does not arrive within 21 days of payment, please contact us and we will review the tracking records to determine if it has been delivered. If an error on our part resulted in non-delivery, we will gladly resend the package or issue a refund. However, if the package was successfully delivered, we will provide you with the tracking number for your reference. Please be aware that in such cases, we will not be able to offer a refund as there is a possibility that a family member or roommate may have intercepted the package, which is beyond our control. Additionally, if non-delivery was caused by providing an incorrect address at checkout, no refund will be provided.”
